Founder and President

Ridhi Lodhia, Founder, is a medical graduate with an MD degree and extensive experience in academic leadership and student mentorship. Navigating through the Canadian education system herself, she understands firsthand the uncertainty many students and lifelong learners face when making important academic and career decisions, often with limited or fragmented guidance. Her education, training, and professional experience across multiple countries have given her a unique perspective on diverse education and healthcare systems, allowing her to better understand the opportunities available and help students and adult learners confidently navigate their academic and career journeys. Inspired by a passion for education and mentorship, Ridhi Lodhia founded this company to provide students, parents, and professionals with trusted, personalized guidance as they pursue rewarding careers in healthcare, medicine, science, technology, and business.

Mr. Ankit Lodhia, Director, is passionate about empowering individuals through education and creating a meaningful impact in the community. Guided by compassion and a genuine desire to help others, he is committed to ensuring that all learners—including students, adult learners, and individuals pursuing career changes or lifelong learning—have access to the guidance, support, and opportunities they need to succeed. His mission is to reach and inspire as many people as possible, helping them make informed decisions and achieve their academic, professional, and personal development goals.

Strategic Advisor

Mr. Umed Lodhia, our Strategic Advisor, brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, holding a CPA designation in Canada. In his advisory role, he supports the strategic direction of the company and provides valuable guidance to ensure clients, founders, and advisors are aligned with best practices in education and career development. Drawing on his extensive professional experience and personal understanding of the Canadian education system, he offers in-depth insights into business administration, accounting, and finance career pathways, enabling our advisors to better support students and adults in making informed and confident career choices.
